Come to the Annual Octoberfest in Ludington
September 20 to October 4, 2020
Visit downtown Ludington and enjoy music and family activities in an outdoor setting, to celebrate one of the last hurrahs of the season!
Due to Covid-19, the traditional Pub Crawl, Beer Tasting, Music Fest, and Chili Walk have been canceled. However, new and revised events have been scheduled:
SCARECROW WALK - Walk through downtown Ludington and view the various scarecrows that will be on display from September 20-October 4. It's a fun way to welcome in fall.
CROCK-TOBERFEST - Sample soups from participating restaurants. From September 20-October 4, purchase a cup of soup to support local establishments. Vote for your favorite to win prizes.
BEERS FOR PEERS - Visit your favorite pubs, restaurants and breweries from September 25-27, where a percentage of sales will go to the Lakeshore Food Club.
MICHIGAN APPLES FUNDRAISER - Freshly Picked Michigan Apples is a family-owned business here in Ludington, and they will be selling their fresh Honeycrisp apples to raise funds for the local COVID relief fund. This will take place at James Street Plaza on Friday, September 25 from 3pm-7pm....and Saturday, September 26 from 11am-4pm.

Craft Beer is Big Business
Ludington is making a name for itself with its own brewery in town and other popular bars offering a variety of craft beer. Ludington is also the venue for the Suds on the Shore Craft Beer & Wine Festival, usually held mid-August and the Pure Ludington Brrrewfest which is generally held in January.
